The Carl Hart Duathlon is a great way to start your season! This event has been a mainstay on the multi-sport scene for over 20 years with a very flat 3 lap bike course and some grass and dirt on the run.
Bikes allowed: road bike, time trial, mountain bike or hybrid. (Sorry, no tandem or recumbent bikes!)
First run: 1.8 miles, Bike: 10.5 miles, Second run: 1.8 miles
